A message from the School Food Plan office

As the School Food Plan Office came to a close yesterday, 31st March 2016, we wanted to update you on the exciting future and also say a personal thank you to everyone we have worked with over the past three years.

A School Food Plan Alliance has now been established to bring together leading organisations with an interest in school food. Working together, the SFP Alliance will be the ongoing champions for the School Food Plan’s vision and its 17 actions. It has been an incredible journey over the past few years. Together you are all helping to create a new golden age for school food.

From us all in the School Food Plan Office, we have loved working with each and every one of you – headteachers, schools, pupils, cooks, caterers, suppliers, educators, campaigners, academics, governors and parents. Your amazing work and commitment has led to so many great examples of schools instilling fabulous school food cultures.
